Directions to the Garwood Dojo

By Car:
from the Lincoln Tunnel or George Washington Bridge, take 95 South (N.J. Turnpike) and take exit 14 to
78 West stay on 78 and exit south onto THE GARDEN STATE PARKWAY
TAKE EXIT 137 off of the Parkway and turn right onto 28 West (which is North Avenue).
Stay on North Avenue (you will go through the town of Cranford before getting into Garwood)
We are located on North Avenue (340 N. Avenue) across the street from the train station

From the Holland Tunnel:
take 78 West and exit onto THE GARDEN STATE PARKWAY
TAKE EXIT 137 off of the Parkway and turn right onto 28 West (which is North Avenue).
Stay on North Avenue
(you will go through the town of Cranford before getting into Garwood)

by BUS:
Port Authority bus terminal; Bus #113 to Dunellen, N.J..
Bus will stop directly in front of the dojo on North Avenue in Garwood.

by TRAIN:
N.J. transit or Path Train from New York Penn Station, to Newark Penn Station,
take Raritan Valley Line on track five to Cranford and call the dojo from train station.
