Boxing incorporates cardio, strength, speed, balance, and hand-eye coordination. Learn the basic principles: punches, stance, footwork, combinations, and defense. Classes also focus on conditioning exercises such as jump rope and work on the heavy bag and speed bag
Loose workout clothing, boxing gloves, and boxing shoes. Hand wraps under the gloves are recommended but not required. The dojo has jump ropes but feel free to bring your own favorite.
